I got recommended to come here by a group i admin on Facebook. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted and helped straight away, they got me fully set up with a new rear wheel kit and flywheel. My 29er now feels beautiful and is loving the streets like she should be!

Ordered a bike online and received the wrong color tires. Called the shop and they were as helpful as could be. Made everything right with no real inconvenience to me.

This review has been edited multiple times now. Because of Google's rules on leaving reviews. I Recently had a $1330 dollar "Sunday Soundwave" order with Albes Shop. I had done some research before buying. Also I had called the shop a few times. Both times I called... I got live person on the other end to answer my questions i had about stock. Which means a lot to me to get a live person on customer service! Shortly after that ..I placed my order. My shipment came fast ...and I had a issue with one of the pedals threads having a flat spot on them (Which was a manufacturer issue not Albes fualt) and I was missing a pair of pegs that I ordered. I called the shop. And they quickly rectified the issues i had. By sending out new set of pedals and the missing pegs from my order. So I cant recomend Albes enough. They definitely earned my business for sure! Five star services! Thanks Guys!😉 UPDATE:' I Recently have made many more purchases from Albes including another complete BMX. (WTP Build , Sunday Build. Etc) Building multiple bikes Within the last three months. All the other purchases went flawlessly. I cant speak highly enough of these guys. Whatever BMX stuff you need fast? Albes will hook you up. Great bunch of guys there!😊

I called on Tuesday afternoon about ordering a bike after a local bike shop gave me the runaround. The guy on the phone said it was in stock and could be here in 4-6 days. I gave him my card number and said put it in the mail. I was riding it on Thursday. I’ll definitely be ordering from albes again.

Superb customer service, and a cool shop to peruse. I came in for some new inner tubes just thinking I would drop off and return later on to pick up. Despite the crew having their lunch delivered while I was there they encouraged me to hold tight and had me out the door with everything done in 5 minutes. Awesome staff, definitely support their biz if you can. Thanks again!

Customer service is definitely not the best. I'll spend my earned money elsewhere, Citygrounds(1st choice) or Danscomp. Definitely not spending another dollar at Albe's.

Friendly staff, great service! Only place my family will shop for our bikes and accessories. Granted, my first time here, it was a little intimidating. Some of the price tags on these bikes would make you flinch, and it felt like a locals-only. You should already know what you're doing - type vibe. However, i couldn't have been more wrong!we pulled the trigger for my son's bike. Staff was super friendly, welcoming, and experienced! Feel free to look around. there's no pressure from the staff. When we got our sons bike, I truly saw where that monet went. Quality and solid bikes that they stand behind. If they don't have it in stock, they will make sure you are taken care of. 3 bikes and parts for a fourth came from here. I'm serious, nowhere else but here. To the Albe's team, thanks for getting my family ready to hit these streets this summer! You guys are rockstars!!!
